- a 2011 graduating high school senior from an accredited public or private high school in Kansas?
- maintaining a 3.0 GPA or higher on a 4.0 scale?
- involved in a significant number of volunteer community service projects or public service activities?
- enrolling no later than fall 2011 in a full-time undergraduate course of study at KU, Emporia, K-State, Pitt State, Ft Hays State, Wichita State, or Washburn?
