Robert Dole Public Service Scholarship Program

Are you

• a 2011 graduating high school senior from an accredited public or private high school in Kansas?
• maintaining a 3.0 GPA or higher on a 4.0 scale?
• involved in a significant number of volunteer community service projects or public service activities?
• enrolling no later than fall 2011 in a full-time undergraduate course of study at KU, Emporia, K-State, Pitt State, Ft Hays State, Wichita State, or Washburn?

KS Grain and Feed Scholarship

KS Grain and Feed is offering scholarships for seniors who are good citizens, excellent academians, and self-starters. Applications are available online at http://www.ksgrainandfeed.org or in the counselor's files inside the office door. Deadine is March 11, 2011.

KS Agribusiness Retailers Scholarship

The KS Agribusiness Retailers are offering scholarships for students who plan to major in agronomy, crop science, ag engineering, professional ag-chemical application. Students must be attending a technical, community, or 4 year college in KS. Applications are available online at http://www.ksagretailers.org or in the counselor's files. Deadline is March 11, 2011.

KACRAO Scholarship

The KS Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers is offering four $250 scholarships for seniors attending a KACRAO member institution (includes technical, community, public and private 4 years in KS). Students must have a 3.25 GPA as of 12/2010, and must have a 22 on the ACT. Scholarships have been placed in students' mailboxes; extra copies are available in the counselor's office. Deadline is March 11, 2011.

Best Buy Scholarship

Best Buy is awarding up to $1.2 million dollars in scholarships nationwide. Students need solid grades plus community service or work experience to apply. Apply online at http://www.at15.com. Deadline is February 16, 2011.

JustUs Legal Professionals Scholarship

JustUs Legal Professionals offers a scholarship to a regional student (Ottawa area) who intends to obtain a degree in the legal field. Scholarship applications are available in the counselor's office and in the files just inside the office door. Deadline is February 15, 2011.

USA Funds Scholarship
